Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz confirmed a deadly shooting at Annunciation Catholic School in south Minneapolis during the first week of classes. The shooter is dead, and police say there is no further threat.
Families were sent to a reunification site as local police, the FBI, and State Patrol responded. Officials reported multiple casualties after as many as 50 shots were fired.
President Trump has been briefed, and Mayor Jacob Frey called the attack “horrific violence,” urging the public to stay clear so emergency crews can help victims.
