In just four years, a woman named Toxii has completely transformed her appearance—and the internet can’t stop talking about it.
Once a blonde with soft makeup and no tattoos, Toxii is now a full-on body modification enthusiast. Nearly her entire upper body is inked solid black, her eyes and tongue are tattooed, she’s had horn-like implants added to her forehead, and even removed her nose—yes, she keeps it in a jar.
She recently shared a before-and-after photo on Instagram that left her 160,000+ followers stunned. “I like to be imperfect,” she said. “Imperfections make you unique.”
In a viral interview with artist Devon Rodriguez, Toxii said her most painful procedure wasn’t the implants—but the nose removal, which took about eight weeks to heal. When asked if she kept the nose, she casually replied, “Yeah, I have all my body parts in little jars.”

Reactions online have been intense. Some admire her boldness. Others call her transformation disturbing or even “possessed.”
Love it or hate it, Toxii isn’t backing down. She’s living life on her own terms—and challenging how far self-expression can go.
