Niagara Falls Bus Crash Kills 5, Injures Dozens

A sightseeing trip turned tragic Friday when a tour bus carrying over 50 passengers overturned on Interstate 90 near Pembroke, New York. At least five people, including a child, died, and more than 40 were injured.

The group had visited Niagara Falls before returning to New York City. Emergency crews rescued passengers, some by helicopter, while local groups helped international tourists.

Governor Kathy Hochul called it a “heartbreaking tragedy.” A day meant for joy ended in grief, leaving survivors and families to mourn.
