Squirrel With Enormous Tooth Gets a Second Chance Thanks to Compassionate Animal Lover

In her Alberta backyard, wildlife rehabilitator Jannet Talbott spotted a squirrel with a shocking problem—an overgrown tooth curling up toward its eye, leaving it unable to eat properly.

Instead of walking away, she gently captured the animal and trimmed the tooth, saving it from starvation and injury. After a short recovery, the squirrel was released back into the wild.

What began as an odd sight turned into a reminder that small acts of compassion can change, and even save, a life.
