Biden Tests Positive for COVID-19
President Joe Biden has tested positive for COVID-19, just before leaving for the NATO Summit. At 81, he’s considered high risk, but doctors say his symptoms are mild. He’s taking Paxlovid, isolating at the White House, and continuing his work remotely.
Vice President Kamala Harris will represent him at the summit while he joins virtually. Officials say Biden remains in good spirits, a reminder that COVID-19 is still around—but far more manageable today.
