Abby and Erin Delaney were born joined at the head and given just a 2% chance of survival. But this year, they did something incredible — they graduated from kindergarten.
Born at 30 weeks, the girls shared part of their skull and a major blood vessel. At only 10 months old, they underwent an 11-hour surgery to be separated — a risky operation that doctors weren’t sure they’d survive. But they did.

Years later, they’re still proving how strong they are. Erin has been walking since she was 5, and Abby is just beginning to take her first steps. They go to school with special support and keep making progress every day.
At graduation, Erin won the “Dolphin Award” for her brave spirit, and Abby received the “Deer Award” for her kindness.
As their mom says: “The sky is their limit.”
