OnlyFans Creator Hospitalized After Attempting Record-Breaking Group Encounter
OnlyFans has become known for its adult content and attention-grabbing headlines—and the latest viral moment comes from Australian creator Annie Knight, who ended up in the hospital after a highly controversial stunt.
Knight, 26, attempted to have sex with 583 men in just six hours—a feat that quickly caught the internet’s attention. “That’s not even a minute per person,” one online commenter noted.
In a post-event interview, Knight said she felt “empowered and happy,” but revealed that she needed medical attention afterward due to significant bleeding. She was later seen in a hospital gown and said she had sustained a small cut and was experiencing discomfort. Knight also has endometriosis, a painful condition where tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside it, which may have contributed to the bleeding.
Despite the health scare, Knight has no regrets. “Being hospitalized after taking 583 [men] in a day was not on my 2025 bingo card,” she joked in a post.
The event, which she called a “personal goal,” was carefully planned. She claims more than 2,000 men applied to take part. Knight rented a venue, set up registration slots, and coordinated multiple groups of participants. She provided condoms and pink balaclavas to preserve the men’s anonymity and said she spent around $10,000 on the event, including security and filming costs.
Knight said she previously maxed out at 24 partners in a day, so 583 was a huge jump. She took 15-minute breaks every hour but said many men struggled to perform. “Sometimes we’d have a group of 10 and eight of them were really struggling to get it up,” she shared. Those who were “ready” were rewarded with extra time, according to her podcast.
The stunt sparked a wave of backlash online, with many calling it “disturbing,” “degrading,” or “exploitative.” Knight pushed back on the criticism. “It’s to be expected,” she said. “I don’t really care. I did it because I wanted to, and I have no regrets.”
She also defended the men who participated, saying it was unfair that they were being shamed. “These men just want to have sex. God forbid a man wants that. And I’m providing a service—for free,” she emphasized.
Knight says she’s not done yet—she plans to host similar events in the future and added that her fiancé fully supports her work.
