Anthony Loffredo, 33, from France, has made global headlines for transforming himself into what he calls the “Black Alien.” His extreme body modifications include removing his nose, ears, upper lip, and even two fingers to create a claw-like look. He’s also fully tattooed—even his eyes—and has split his tongue.

Sharing his journey on Instagram through The Black Alien Project (now with over 700k followers), Anthony says he’s only 34% finished. Many surgeries were done abroad, as they’re banned in France.

His transformation has sparked both admiration and criticism. While some praise his commitment to self-expression, others struggle with the intensity of his changes. He admits his look makes daily life harder—especially when it comes to finding work.
