Georgia Parents Sue Homeowner After He Fatally Shoots 3 Masked Teens Who Broke In Armed At 4AM… Demanding “Justice” Despite Self-Defense Ruling

In Georgia, the parents of three masked teenagers who were shot and killed during an attempted armed break-in are suing the homeowner, despite authorities ruling the shooting as an act of self-defense.

The incident occurred around 4 a.m. when the teens allegedly broke into the home while carrying weapons. Confronted with the threat, the homeowner used lethal force to protect himself and his property. Law enforcement later determined the shooting was justified under Georgia’s self-defense laws.

Now, the teens’ families are taking legal action, seeking justice through the courts. The lawsuit has sparked widespread public debate, raising tough questions about the limits of homeowners’ rights, the use of deadly force, and how the law should apply when minors are involved in violent crimes.

The case is expected to test the boundaries of Georgia’s self-defense statutes and could set a precedent in future disputes involving armed intruders and property protection.
