A horrifying attack on a Charlotte light rail train was caught on surveillance video. Police say Decarlos Brown, 27, fatally stabbed 23-year-old Iryna Zarutska — a Ukrainian refugee — without warning.
The footage shows Zarutska quietly sitting before Brown suddenly pulls a knife and stabs her multiple times. He then walks away, removes his sweater, and is arrested minutes later on the platform.
