Andrea Ivanova, a 25-year-old from Sofia, Bulgaria, is on a personal mission to stand out—literally. She’s already spent over $5,000 on lip injections and has undergone 27 procedures to achieve what she believes are the world’s biggest lips.
“I like them a lot and feel much better,” Andrea says, proudly showing off her transformation. Despite doctors warning her to stop, she insists on continuing. “Some say I’ve had enough, but my doctor agreed to more if I wait a bit.”
But she’s not stopping at her lips. Andrea now wants to break another beauty record—this time for the widest cheekbones. She’s already had four injections and plans to get two more within the week.
While the extreme enhancements can make eating difficult for a few days after each procedure, Andrea says it’s worth it. Online trolls often criticize her, but she shrugs off the hate. “Everyone should look however they want,” she says.
