25-Year-Old Bulgarian Woman Does More Than 27 Procedures To Have The Biggest Lips In The World

Everyone has their own definition of beauty, and in today’s world, cosmetic procedures have made it easier than ever to change the way we look. While some people opt for subtle enhancements, others take it to the extreme in pursuit of their ideal image.

One woman who’s made headlines for doing just that is Andrea Ivanova, a 25-year-old influencer from Sofia, Bulgaria, who’s on a mission to have the biggest lips in the world — and she might already be there.

Andrea has undergone 27 lip procedures so far, using hyaluronic acid injections to drastically enlarge her lips. According to UNILAD, her lips are now four times their original size.

“I like them a lot and feel much better,” she told Jam Press.

Over $5,000 Spent — and She’s Still Going

Each injection costs Andrea about $150, and she’s already spent over $5,000 on her lips alone, according to Malay Mail. Despite warnings from doctors, Andrea plans to keep going.

“It’s not complicated for me,” she says. “I just want to have the biggest lips in the world. That’s it.”

While she hasn’t been officially recognized by the Guinness World Records, Andrea believes she already holds the unofficial title.

Her appearance has drawn plenty of attention online, and she says she’s regularly flooded with messages from men offering money, vacations, and even asking her out.

“Many men from around the world write to me on social media,” she said. “They invite me on trips and offer me gifts.”

Some fans insist no one has bigger lips than Andrea — and she agrees.

Now Aiming for the World’s Biggest Cheekbones

But Andrea isn’t stopping at her lips. She’s now chasing a new extreme beauty goal: having the widest cheekbones in the world.

“In addition to the biggest lips, I want to have the biggest cheekbones too,” she said on Instagram.

So far, she’s had four hyaluronic acid injections in her cheeks, with two more scheduled. She explained that after each procedure, she avoids applying pressure to her face for several days to help with healing.

“I still want bigger lips, but I’ll continue enhancing both,” she added.

Between her lips and cheekbones, Andrea has had more than 34 cosmetic injections — and she has no plans to slow down.

Eating Is Hard, But She’s Committed

The extreme procedures have come with some side effects. Andrea admits that eating right after her injections can be painful and difficult.

“It’s tough to eat for two to three days after each procedure,” she explained. “But there are no restrictions on what I can eat.”

Still, she says it’s all worth it to achieve her goal — even if many doctors have told her she’s gone far enough. One doctor agreed to continue treatments if she waits two months between injections.
