Ashley Biden, daughter of President Joe Biden, is facing new controversy over her nonprofit organization, the Women’s Wellness Spa(ce). The group is under fire for allegedly failing to report $500,000 in donations to the IRS.
According to reports, the charity received $250,000 each from the Archewell Foundation (founded by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle) and the Silicon Valley Community Foundation. However, tax filings showed only $170,296 in total contributions — a significant discrepancy.
The National Legal and Policy Center has filed a formal complaint, raising concerns about whether the organization received even more unreported income. While the charity’s accountant has offered an explanation, critics say the full amount should have been reported under standard accounting rules.
If the allegations are proven, Ashley Biden could face financial penalties, further fueling scrutiny of the Biden family’s financial affairs.
